His team installed our rather complex system in 8 hours the NEXT day. Their work was impeccable. Neat, clean and efficient.

NextStep made a visit to my home to evaluate the situation and describe how the system would be installed. The exterior vent pipe was placed in a location with the least visual impact and the installers went the extra mile to paint the pipe to match the color of the siding on the house.
