What made you choose our company:
We called Next Step with a mold situation in our basement that was affecting our health and needed to be handled immediately. Matt squeezed us in on a Friday evening after he'd already completed a full day of work, and proceeded to spend the entire weekend at our house getting rid of our mold problem. He took his time with us to make sure we understood the source of the issue and how to resolve it so that we would not continue to have mold problems. Next Step cares about their clients and will go above and beyond to do the job and do it well.
